Half Pipe in Sierra Nevada open for Snowboard and Freestyle

Just opened snow pipe, great fun

Just 2 hours by car from Marbella by highway it is an easy drive. For a one day trip, to avoid too many people on the weekend, it is best to leave say at 8.00. Only go when there is blue sky and no wind. All info you find on Sierra Nevada website. Last run is at 17.00, have 1 "Glühwein" at one of the bars, you will be back comfortable around 19.30. Halfway it is great to stop at the restaurant Rio Frio, great original building from the 19th century.  It is the only place in Spain that produces caviar, high quality, and trouts in all kind of preparations. Stör of course is also available. Be careful, if you pull the rope with the bells, you have to pay drinks
