The new government of Spain extended the 50% tax reduction (IVA / VAT) on purchases of new developments until the end of this year 2012.
"With effect from the entry into force of this decree-law and effect only until December 31, 2012, shall apply the reduced rate of 4% of value added tax" (DISPOSICIÓN TRANSITORIA CUARTA)
