Purchasing Assistance

With a staff of seven and two offices we provide a complete property service. Most of our staff have been in the company for many years, giving us a depth of experience and an understanding of the business.

Our sales executives pride themselves in knowing our properties and finding the right one for their client. Their experience enables them to obtain the best terms and to assists in all aspects of the purchasing process.

After Sales Service

We are able to fill all of the after sales needs: administration, reselling, banking, legal advice, decoration, building reforms, gardening, rental, maid service ect.

Listing and Valuation

All our staff is trained in property valuation. All are experienced and knowledgeable of the different types of property. With our MLS (Multiple Listing System) we have immediate access to neighbouring property on the market and are able to establish a competitive price.

This assures that the property is presented as efficiently and effectively as possible. All our listings fulfil §218 obligations - compulsory in Andalucía – and all relevant legal documents are on file.

Marketing Strategy

Our obligation to our property owners is to market their properties as professionally and effectively as possible. We concentrate on specific and individual advertising of the properties.

We produce our own magazine, feature our properties on our website and national and international property portals, send out newsletter, place sales boards, advertise, distribute flyers and arrange open houses.
